If you'd like market4.me to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include your account's business name and email in the message) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
We'll verify the request and delete your account data, typically within 30 days. This includes your account and business information, campaign/ad content, leads and inventory records, portfolio items, and any connection we hold to your Meta advertising account (which we'll also disconnect on our end). If you'd rather just cancel your subscription, we already retain your data for 90 days post-cancellation and then delete it automatically — see our Privacy Policy for details.
If you connected market4.me to a Meta advertising account or Page, removing market4.me's access from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations) stops us from accessing that account, but does not by itself delete your market4.me account or data — use the email process above for that.
